• Takeaway orders: your name, pick-up time, order and any notes. If you pay by card, also your phone number and email. Card details go straight to our payment provider, Stripe, and never reach us.
• WhatsApp and phone: when you message or call us, WhatsApp or your phone network processes that conversation under their own terms.
• Technical data: our host keeps short-lived server logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure. We do not use analytics or advertising trackers.

Why we use it

To reply to you, prepare and confirm your order, take payment, send the newsletter you asked for, and keep the website safe. Our legal bases are your consent (newsletter), taking steps at your request (orders and enquiries) and our legitimate interest in running a secure website.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers that help us run this website, under their own data-protection terms:

• Cloudflare (website hosting, forms and storage)
• Resend (sending emails about messages and orders)
• Brevo (newsletter emails)
• Stripe (card payments)
• Google (the embedded map and our reviews feed)

We never sell your information.

How long we keep it

Enquiries for up to 12 months, order records for as long as tax law requires, and newsletter details until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, withdraw consent, or object to how we use it. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link.
